Megabus are cancelling trips during the pandemic period but are not offering their customers full refunds on pre-booked trips. Instead, vouchers are being offered which last for a 12 month period. This is simply not acceptable.

There are also international customers that might not necessarily get the opportunity to visit the country where the megabus service is being hosted. 

This petition is to raise awareness and force Megabus to change their policy by offering full refunds to their customers. All other travel companies have taken the same stance except for Megabus.
