Then you may be a witness to the fact that Meekins Associates LLLP (at: 3233 Murray rd. Finksburg MD 21048.) no longer has the zoning required to run or store any equipment on that site. If for any 12 period Meekins did not use this property to store actively usable equipment, then his nonconforming use is gone. If you are aware the Meekins has brought in equipment and parked it on the property last week and left it there and is now in violation of code 158.033 (E).
