Up to 150,000 people a year visit this off leash dog park. This big park allows the dogs (big or small) to run and if need be move away from a dog they may not like. A fenced in park will ruin the atmosphere that Kin-Coulee park has. Taking a look at Saratoga park only the bigger breeds are able to go because of the limited amount of space little dogs can be injured. By claiming it is do to archaeological and the city being worried that it is degrading. Is not a reason,the dogs are not ruining the site but rather it seems it is just another thing for the city to take away from our community.

Lets stop the city from taking away our park.
