I had a heart attack. I've been diagnosed with heart failure. Arteries disease blood clotting building up in blood stream.

I had stent implementation done , but now it's clotting on the brink of closure. I pray my lungs don't collapse.

In need of surgery but not financially stable.

Due to covid I'm homeless, and broke feeling broken.

Living in and out of shelter. Until barred from a conflict with staff.

My children in foster care , I'm in need of a house to call home for them. In order for there return to me if I live to see the day.
