Generally speaking, the dangers of media bias can divide the country on certain issues. The divison causes disagreements on which way an issue would be solved. Which then leads to a whole lot of aurguments, then the issue becomes harder and harder to solve. Signing this petition would bring eyes to the issue and then political figures, loud voices, and just the general public would be more inclined to do something about it.
