On September 10, 2020 in Charlotte NC our beautiful Beatrice was violently taken from us in an act of Domestic Violence by her former boyfriend Tommy Lee Carter. She was shot multiple times while in her car attempting to flee him. As of today, he has not been arraigned nor has there been a grand jury indictment. We demand that Mecklenburg County begin proceedings to formally indict him on the charge of 1st Degree Murder of which he is being held without bond.
