I am 65 and my wife is 68 On December 23, 2015 our lease to SOLARIS KEY APARTMENTS WAS TERMINATED AND WE HAD TO MOVE OUT 2 days before Christmas. We were being accused by our neighbor of every violation possible to the Manager CJ Jackson. The Manager never talked to me or my wife. Our neighbor filed two of injunctions on me. They were both denied by the Judge. The neighbor filed an appeal and a Court date was set. Me, my Wife show up for the appeal The NEIGHBOR NEVER SHOW UP! The Judge threw out the case. On 12/23/2015 hired a moving company and moved because we were getting letters from security via the Manger. We were shocked at what happened. We were followed by Rent a Cops every time we took a walk. Our apartment had a view bobzad@gmail.com. view that we paid extra money for. Mr. Pollard CEO has his office in Atlanta Georgia all his management team are Money Driven. Anyone that complained was intimidated by management. Solaris Key apartments in Clearwater Florida are advised as Luxury Apartments. The appliances were Cheap and the Carpet is the thinnest I have ever seen. Solaris Key made me feel like I was in a concentration Camp. People were spying on each other with Binoculars and Cameras. They were well aware I suffer from POST TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER AND THE MANAGER USED IT To make me real sick. Now they are Harassing me and my Wife at our new Apartment. They terminated my Lease.
