Hi my name is kalum jay Rees-pitman and I work  in Care. this  year nursing homes have been told they can't put Christmas decorations up. The residents have already been stopped from seeing there family they can't ruin Christmas to. The residents deserve to have some Christmas spirit. The last few have been difficult and it will be a shame for theam not to have a Christmas like they remember. So my goal is to make this petition so hopefully it could be reconsidered.
