Update: 10.20.2023 After the San Francisco FBI office told me that I should find a federal intelligence office that could assist me, I returned to legal research in an effort to enroll myself in a Victim Witness program. In January of 2023, I came across a document that described filing classified documentation with the U.S. Federal Claims Court. After my six year effort of writing letters to ten major federal agencies for guidance and being told repeatedly that they could not offer legal guidance, I sent documentation of censorship to the OIG of the CIA. None of the federal legal agencies that I spoke with could guide me to the Federal Claims Court as the location to file classified documentation. I also documented that it has appeared as though the Executive's order has been used to justifiy illegal classified-level censorship to legal counsel, without a formal charge. U.S. Citizens must produce a formal charge in order to request a pardon. In June of this year, I filed a public petition with the U.S. Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court who oversees the approval of intelligence orders for torture and surveillance detainment. My effort to gain acceptance and referral to a U.S. Attorney is now a request for a Cease to a U.S. Executive Order to end the censorship of legal counsel by the Executive's support.
