Wrongfully terminating parents rights without facts of paperwork

The Issue

My problem is this that they terminate parents rights to their kids without probable cause they the past history against us and especially when the parents have all their paperwork with them so it should be a law against the ones who calls c.p.s making false allegations against families unless they have pictures and videos showing proof of the problem and i believe that c.p.s should get sued if they start believing in false allegations
