At fast food restaurants and drive thrus, with an order of nuggets or fries you are often given a choice of sauce on the side. Such as barbeque or sweet and sour. But by far the most popular condiment of all is ketchup. But when you choose ketchup, you are given a handful of tiny little packets, which are hard to open and often cause quite a mess while trying to squeeze them out. But these other sauces, they get cups. These little disposable cups are easy to dip into, they provide more of the sauce, and none of the hassle. 

A store like McDonalds gives you a free cup of sauce or 2 with every order of nuggets depending on the size. They even have honey as an option. I think we can all agree honey is significantly less popular than ketchup. Yet it is given a special little convenient cup. So my question is, why does ketchup not get this same treatment? It is used the most across all fast food restaurants, so it just doesn't make any sense.
