So people with Coeliac Disease and Gluten Intolerance have more options than a salad. And no options for breakfast. Currently there are NO options for us for breakfast.. and the only things we can have is a salad or burger with NO BUN (yuck). New South Wales have three cafes where this menu is on trial. We need to make McDonald's aware that there is a need for a Gluten Free menu at our beloved family Restaurant McDonalds. At these cafes the staff are trained and have a separate Gluten Free food preparation area. We need to let McDonalds know that we NEED this for Coeliac Disease people like myself and 1 in every 70 people across Australia.
