Why does McDonalds US and McDonalds Europe offer lactose free milk but the Canadian restaurants do not. McDonalds Canada should offer lactose free milk or another alternative like soy, almond or oat milk.  There's no reason why McDonalds Canada can't at least offer one regular milk alternative or at least if they offer milk it should be lactose free milk.
