Many of your spices are sourced in some of the most impoverished and polluted nations in the world. These countries are exploited for their products and cheap labor and then used as the world's dumping grounds. A change in business practice would not only help the planet but also your customers and your employees, the hard working poor who live in some of the worst conditions in the world. They deserve better. In a perfect world you would already be a fair trade single origin spice company, I'm sure you know that this will be required of you shortly. In the mean time, bring back paper box spices. A simple step with massive impact. 

    Plastic is over. Change your packaging. Sell glass containers for one time purchase then offer refills in your original McCormick paper boxes (now made with recycled paper) Production costs will go down. Shipping will cost less. (...then give those savings to your spice producers and become that fair trade business you need to be)
