Mayor Bell and the city council have passed an ordiance that is essentially stopping churches from ministering to the homeless. The ordinance requires that we have a food truck with a food service permit. Obviously, most churches cannot afford a food truck. This ordinance is keeping good people from trying to help and encourage the down-trodden. It violates our rights to be able to share a meal in a public place with our friends!
