Fireworks should be banded for consumer sales because people do not use them responsibly, there are many Americans that suffer from PTSD ( post traumatic stress disorder) from serving our country overseas, as well as many American pets who are more sensitive to the sounds of the fireworks.  I feel that only licensed professionals should be allowed to shoot off fireworks. They should have to file for a license with the city and state that they intend to fire them off.
