Water bills are completely erratic despite almost identical habits each month. Multiple bills per year occur with the same dollar amount to the penny which is almost impossible. The bills offer no clarity as to what you're being charged for. Why is there more than one line item? Why don't I see a line item for ACTAUL USAGE and a corresponding charge for sewer charge? I am almost certain that I have been over billed for quite sometime and I believe my neighbor's would agree as they have similar stories.
