The path / road at the east end on lower level of the Earl Bales Park is in a terrible broken condition. (except  a small section at the ski slope portion).  
This is the path between the dog park  and the stormwater pond. 
 
This path is used by many people, some with dogs  and a large portion are seniors.
The many potholes, crumbling edges and uneven surface create a real and potential danger for injuries and accidents, especially for the seniors users.
 
I trust that the city can find some budget for this vital repair need,  amongst  all the
projects dedicated to the cars on the streets.
