Filer, Idaho police officer Tarek Hassani cowardly shot and killed the 7 year old service dog of a man with parkinson's disease right on his front lawn during his kid's birthday party. The dog posed no threat to him or anyone else, he was simply too lazy and stupid to handle the situation in another way. He should be fired, arrested and prosecuted for this hanus crime.
