Hello neighbors I am a resident that lives on 104th st and Main. I have lived on this block on grew up here for 23 years as i know many people whom lived on this block for many years before me. As you might notice on our block We have a housing program called Office of Diversion & Reentry Housing located 156 E 104th St  Los Angeles California 90003. This program helps housing many people whom come out of jail. Recently my family and many other have had problems with staff who do not do their job right and individuals who live there also. police has been called many times for fights , guns being pulled out, individuals scaring our children and staff even fighting with our neighbors. Something has to be done and i stand with many people in our community to remove this house out of our community. FOR THE SAFETLY OF OUR FAMILIES .  the programs does help people by housing them but when you have a program like such here with no restrictions and no rules they come with problems. the problem here would also be the staff who do not even care if the people start stuff with other , or pull guns, or rob us, there are supposed to be some rule or some type of authority but none is taken. i have already filed complaint with the program its self and this programs itself makes others look bad who are really  trying to make a difference.
