We, as a New Generation of Saricao, Vintar, Ilocos Norte Philippines plea of "Freedom" from the "Joined Two Barangays". We want to petition in order to separate this said Barangay. Despite of Pandemic Crisis happening in the world right now, is not a hindrance to shout out our concern in our own barangay, our beloved home town.

This Two Barangay of Vintar has Only one Barangay captain/chairman. This Barangay are Brgy 29 San Jose "Lipay", Vintar Ilocos Norte and  Brgy 30 Santo Tomas "Saricao", Vintar, Ilocos Norte.

The officials called "Sitio Saricao" (Brgy 30 Santo Tomas) that is included as a same barangay of San Jose "Lipay" Vintar Ilocos Norte, now a days. They keep on pushing that this 2 barangay is only one barangay. In fact, why they called Saricao as "Brgy. 30 Santo Tomas" if this is not a barangay?

"Questions" are filled in the mind of New Generation now a days.

Is this kind of "Tectics of Past Officials"? Is this kind of "Ignorance they wanted to impart"? Why they joined the two barangays in One? Are they like Husband and Wife joining together as one? Are this people of "Saricao" had a low population to become as a barangay?

But in the past decades, Saricao name "Barangay 30, Santo Tomas, Vintar Ilocos Norte". So why the recent Captain/Officials called this Barangay as a Sitio of Brgy 29 San Jose?

It Sound Fishy, isn't it? 

Note: In the past years, old generation tried to fight this petition in order to separate this two barangay but they failed.
