Please Support Justin Greenhalgh's Ramp to Help His Biking Progression

The Issue

Hello fellow SW Peters Rd neighbors!  We are currently in the process of building a dream bike set up on our property for our son, Justin, and anyone else in our community to share and enjoy.

We have been asked to attend a City of Durham, OR - City Council meeting on June 23, 2020 where we will defend our position for why we believe our son's ramp is not a public nuisance.  Since moving to the community 4 years ago, we have tried our best to be welcoming and inclusive to all of our neighbors.  We enjoy having the children in our yard where they play flag football, have water fights and ride bikes together.  Justin has grown up in this neighborhood and we want him to continue to grow and develop here.  Justin has found a love for biking and we are doing everything we can to support his passion and allow him to continue developing his skills.  He has been mountain biking for the last 3 years and has been competitive racing for the last 2 years.  This ramp and air bag set up is the next step to help him advance safely and further in his biking capabilities.

We are in the process of finishing the ramp to ensure it is safe for our son and anyone else that is interested in using it.  We have built it with the best materials and have designed and engineered it to ensure the structure is strong and secure.

Please sign this petition to show your support for us to keep this ramp and show that this is not a public nuisance.

Thank you,

Josh, Sonia & Justin Greenhalgh
