On August 23rd, 2021, another tragedy hit the corner of fourth and Park Way in Chula Vista; this time, it was two young girls crossing the street; this is by far not the first time, nor will it be the last, unless something is seriously done! please stand with me on behalf of the victims and their families so that the city enforces additional lighting, speed bumps, speed limit changes, and/or whatever it takes to stop these tragedies; there is a Recreation center at this corner, our kids, friends, family's cross daily and as daylight savings approaches, I fear this will happen again, "community" it is not a matter of if but a matter of time,  this will happen again, these girls were in the right away, crossing on the crosswalk,  they trusted it was safe! this has devastated our community, Together we can make a difference and spare another victim.
