Mayor Rahm Emanuel should not use PUBLIC TIF money to investing in a project that DIRECTLY support and casuse ANIMAL CRUELTY. Please support this petition and SAY NO to Rahm Emanuel using OUR public subsidy money to invested in the cruel animal testing labortory located at 4045 S. Morgan St. Chicago, IL in the back of Yards neighborhood. There's a reason why this company is losing money and should go out of business.
