Institute a shelter in place order for DC
The Issue
There is evidence that the COVID 19 virus is spreading within the District of Columbia. The only way to get a handle on this is to stop movement and practice social distancing. The District of Columbia is made up of many many residents that are considered “high risk” or part of the “fragile population”.
PLEASE PLEASE institute a SHELTER IN PLACE order and adopt the same protocols that San Francisco has in place —effective immediately starting March 18th until April 7th. This is a GLOBAL public health crisis that needs to be taken seriously.
