My 5 year old son was viciously attacked by a Pitt bull that got out of the owners residence and ran down the street and attacked my son resulting in 17 staples in the back of his head . 3 stitches in the bridge of his nose butterfly stitches to his upper arm and numerous other smaller bite marks in various parts of the upper body.my son has been seriously hurt physically and mentally and should be able to feel safe and secure in the knowledge that this dog is gone and can never hurt him again.the attack was unprovoked and my son was undeserving of the trauma and pain he had to endure.the police did nothing and animal cotrol only issued the dog owner some tickets.i as a mother am asking for everyone's help.im asking for this dog to be removed from the owner and be euthanized or at the very least put far away from any children
