The purpose of this petition is to acquire a true form  of accountability and liability for ALL police departments in the United States as well as ALL elected and appointed officials as well as agencies of the United States of America local,state and federal including within the three branches of government.

To create one standard and rule of law regardless of status,title, wealth, political connection/affiliations,color of skin,gender.

To rid all policies that intentionally or by application infringes on the natural rights of all persons.

To rid ALL elected, and appointed officials as well as it's officers within all agencies of law enforcement and any other agency of government of both Qualified immunity and sovereign immunity which currently protect them from civil and criminal prosecution for actions that target ethnicities,cause bodily harm and death through abuse of power, brutality,civil and natural rights violations.

To demand the right to remove any elected and appointed officials for violations of life,liberties,natural rights by way of special election.

To ensure equality ,equal JUSTICE and preserve LIFE for ALL.

To make public ALL records of discipline by police.
