Councillors Colleen Fanning (District 2) and William Oliver (District 9) will host a Transit Referendum Forum on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 to help tax payers and voters understand the upcoming Red Line transit referendum. The forum will be held at the Washington Township Government Center (5302 N. Keystone Ave, Indianapolis), beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 12th. The forum will seek to give the public an opportunity to ask questions about the Red Line electric bus system and related transit oriented development ("TOD") that has been planned along College Avenue.
