Anybody who lives in Philadelphia has likely seen the horse-drawn carriage tours going around.  I’ve watched these horses carrying around people in the heat of the summer and the cold of the winter.  On top of this they have to carry around their own feces in a bag.  It is very cruel, inhumane and it is clear that they are sad.  These animals don’t have a voice, so it’s is up to us to use our voices for them.  Together we need to come together and ban these tours and let these horses be taken to a farm where they can roam free and live their lives they way they were meant to be lived.  Let’s sign and share this position as well as contact the city council of Philadelphia!  We can do this. https://www.phila.gov/departments/mayor/mayors-correspondence-form/
