My Brother Andrew Branch died as a result of 1 of the many pot holes throughout the city and highway roads when he hit a pot hole while riding his motorcycle traveling/ exiting 3100 Vare ave from I76 this same pot hole was reported by a friend of mine a year ago yet it has not been repaired. This is life or death now and the city must take accountabilty for road condition that can directly or indirectly result in motor vehicle accidents and or death. Tell Mayor Kenney there will not be another death behind the neglected streets of Philadelphia sign the petition for Drew so this never happens to anyone else
