I am writing this petition to bring Justice for my nephew, Justin T Mitchell and to bring some kind of peace and solidarity for my sister, Paula Mitchell and the rest of our family

My nephew, Justin T. Mitchell. was killed by a gunman named Shaquille Traylor. He was charged with homicide.  Mr Traylor took it upon himself to kill my nephew shooting him several times in the back while Justin was running away from him. Shooting in the back is a coward move. Mr Traylor apparently  served in the military so he knew right from wrong and need to be held accountable  for his actions.

My family, especially Justin's mother, Paula Mitchell is still dealing with the death of her youngest son who left behind 7 children. Justin was an adventurous young man, he volunteer whenever he was needed.

He was father of 7 children whom he took loving care of they were his whole life.  Justin was  a dedicated father, loving brother and uncle.  He took time to help you in whatever way possible. He made friends  everywhere  he went and supported those less fortunate than himself. That's the kind of guy he was.  He was in pursue of a music career. He worked as a car saleman at dealership and he had also just gotten hired at a nursing faciliy.
