Some people can't go to the doctor because they don't have enough money. It's important for people to be able to go to the doctor so they can feel better and to protect the community from also getting sick. To solve this problem we need a new rule for people who have extra money to save it up to help people go to the doctor. If we fail to do this, people will stay sick and it could get worse, and the community can get sick. This rule will help keep our community safe and healthy. This is important so people, like my friends at school, can feel happy.
