Quiet Fireworks for the City of Hamilton

The Issue

Quiet fireworks are a viable option for civic celebrations which provide the same visual impact while not terrifying our pets and wildlife. A recent Globe & Mail article illustrates how the city of Banff has implemented this change.

Fireworks have a huge negative impact on our domesticated pets, but also on any local wildlife. It leads to many lost pets who bolt in terror, and also can lead to the death of wild animals.

By adopting a quieter firework, we can help solve this problem while still celebrating our annual events.
