Mayor Donna Deegan, Protect Jacksonville From Larry Hamilton's Pedophile Friends!
The Issue
The following open letter and petition link were sent to Jacksonville Mayor Donna Deegan on Wednesday morning, August 12, 2026. It was emailed to Lara Diettrich and other members of the Jacksonville Planning Commission. Deegan, Diettrich, and other members of the Commission received a similar letter regarding this matter involving The Jug bar in 2025. These officials apparently did not respond nor address that issue. Some local residents did bravely communicate their displeasure during the event to the venue owner Kenneth "Pookie" Grey. He claimed he "didn't know," despite years of communications about the problem to himself and multiple employees.
This open letter was also sent on August 12th to other municipal leaders and neighboring businesses of the Champ7 wrestling promotion. Copies were sent to national and state leaders of the United Methodist Church denomination. Reverend Lamont A. Hogans of New Life Community Church received copies. National UMC Council of Bishops President Ruben Saenz Jr. was contacted.
While they have been contacted about this matter for several years as well as recently, a courtesy copy of this current letter and a link to the petition were sent to Larry and Gwendolyn Hamilton. This page will be updated for responses, additional recipients, results, photos, and clarifications as necessary.

The Champ7 wrestling promotion, which is co-owned by convicted pedophile Chasyn Rance, is luring children to the event with fraudulently attained toys. This toy giveaway is listed in the ads. Rance’s Team Vision Dojo promotion holds several "Toys for Tots drives" throughout Florida every December. Toys for Tots and US Marines logos are used to market the December events.

Instead of giving the collected toys to the US Marines as advertised, the promotion allegedly keeps and uses them to lure children to their other events during the rest of the year such as at the Champ7 wrestling promotion. Some toys are used in Rance's fetish porn videos at Team Vision Dojo before being placed back into the boxes and then given to children at remote shows. Rance’s co-promoter is geriatric adult video actor James Kenneth Bennett ("Mr. B"), who lures teen boys from Ohio to perform in chloroform-porn videos. Customers buying these illegal videos may be unknowingly supporting Chasyn Rance.
The promotion is apparently co-owned by Bennett's Ohio associate, David John Wagner ("Dave Kruz"). Wagner relocated to Jacksonville years ago, then was arrested after appearing on NBC's To Catch a Predator. He has multiple child sex offense convictions and allegations in Ohio and Florida. He wrestles under a mask.
USCW’s associated promotion, Team Vision Dojo, is an unlicensed Orlando choke-fetish and anti-military video studio that is owned and operated by convicted pedophiles, including ring announcer Christy Martin’s close friend and business associate Chasyn Rance. “Champ7 Studios," which Larry Hamilton claims has a seating capacity of 250, is actually one single-wide trailer in a residential neighborhood. Several children live nearby. Larry co-owns multiple wrestling promotions with Rance and Bennett.
Associated with Champ7 are Cauliflower Alley Club officers and former WWE wrestlers Bob Cook ("Robbie Cook") and Brian Blair. Both are also affiliated with Coastal Championship Wrestling (CCW) and Atomic Legacy Wrestling. Hamilton has presented awards at recent Champ7 events to Cook and Blair. Their friend Rance, who is a lifetime member of CAC, is in attendance and performing at the same events.

ALW apparently shares an LLC with reputed sex trafficker Vicky Gallas, who's the mother of Cocoa Beach Domino's Pizza general manager and Atomic co-founder Alejandro Roberto Orta ("Alex Red"). When Orta and Dugan are caught in a lie about their associations with convicted pedophiles, they usually just tell another, or they distract with irrelevant information. When there isn't an immediate plausible lie, Orta pretends that he's on the verge of crying, and whines that he just wants to make wrestling fans happy. He and his accomplices often use cover names for their many wrestling businesses.

prepubescent children while repeatedly yelling, "Suck my ass." He’s also been accused of financially defrauding fans. He and Dugan were recently served with eviction papers together in Brevard County.
There are several of Chasyn Rance's current and former housemates and students associated with ALW, such as absentee father Timothy Whistler ("Ripper Zbyszko") and bondage porn actor Christian Spangler ("Christian Mills"). ALW shares some of its LLCs with Florida sex trafficker Vicky Gallas, who's the mother and business partner of co-owner Alejandro Roberto Orta. Both have been accused of harassment of adult video actresses and escorts.
Rance is possibly an unannounced performer in upcoming shows and providing some of their equipment. This is typically not advertised in advance because some customers would otherwise not buy tickets. The other performers often claim afterward that they "didn't know" he was in the building, despite watching him rehearse before the show in the ring that was rented from Rance.

Orta has also apparently been caught on several occasions lying about his associations with convicted sex offenders. He and ALW

Sometimes, their names and faces are left off the ads for wrestling shows, but then they perform without advance warning to the audience. These unannounced additions have made some paying customers angry and caused embarrassment for the unsuspecting venues and sponsors. There is a petition asking Florida venue owners, schools and sponsors to voluntarily disclose when they knowingly host all-ages Florida wrestling shows where convicted child rapists will be working. To date, it appears that no Florida wrestling school or promotion owner is willing to sign it.
Chasyn Rance was convicted of three new felonies in 2025. He was also convicted of felony DUI in 2020 under his alternate name, S Chasyn Rance.
Until October 2026, Chasyn Rance is on probation. He is not allowed to leave Orange County for shows at which children are present. To our knowledge, nobody has reported this to his probation officer Patti Cusio yet.

The Issue
The following open letter and petition link were sent to Jacksonville Mayor Donna Deegan on Wednesday morning, August 12, 2026. It was emailed to Lara Diettrich and other members of the Jacksonville Planning Commission. Deegan, Diettrich, and other members of the Commission received a similar letter regarding this matter involving The Jug bar in 2025. These officials apparently did not respond nor address that issue. Some local residents did bravely communicate their displeasure during the event to the venue owner Kenneth "Pookie" Grey. He claimed he "didn't know," despite years of communications about the problem to himself and multiple employees.
This open letter was also sent on August 12th to other municipal leaders and neighboring businesses of the Champ7 wrestling promotion. Copies were sent to national and state leaders of the United Methodist Church denomination. Reverend Lamont A. Hogans of New Life Community Church received copies. National UMC Council of Bishops President Ruben Saenz Jr. was contacted.
While they have been contacted about this matter for several years as well as recently, a courtesy copy of this current letter and a link to the petition were sent to Larry and Gwendolyn Hamilton. Orta and one of his ALW partners, Timothy Dylyn Deratany
(“Jerry Swirlz”), have intimidated sex workers. Threatening calls and texts in 2019 to a different adult escort were traced to his residential address in Titusville, which public Florida records list as the business tax addresses of ALW partner Timothy Dylyn Deratany. He lives with Atomic’s Jason Michael Dugan. He was also caught on surveillance video vandalizing the car of an adult video actress in
Orlando. He's told LGBT persons that they deserved to die in the Pulse nightclub shootings in 2016. Deratany is a student of Chasyn Rance and Team Vision Dojo, which uses dozens of cover names. At ALW's all-ages matches, he bends over in front of
prepubescent children while repeatedly yelling, "Suck my ass." He’s also been accused of financially defrauding fans. He and Dugan were recently served with eviction papers together in Brevard County.
There are several of Chasyn Rance's current and former housemates and students associated with ALW, such as absentee father Timothy Whistler ("Ripper Zbyszko") and bondage porn actor Christian Spangler ("Christian Mills"). ALW shares some of its LLCs with Florida sex trafficker Vicky Gallas, who's the mother and business partner of co-owner Alejandro Roberto Orta. Both have been accused of harassment of adult video actresses and escorts.
Rance is possibly an unannounced performer in upcoming shows and providing some of their equipment. This is typically not advertised in advance because some customers would otherwise not buy tickets. The other performers often claim afterward that they "didn't know" he was in the building, despite watching him rehearse before the show in the ring that was rented from Rance.

Atomic staff and audience members were recently accused of vandalism, theft, and other felonies by a venue manager, Rubix Café owner Colleen Cramer Jackson at 701 South Apollo Boulevard in Melbourne. An ALW partner, Coastal Championship Wrestling's David William Heath ("Gangrel"), headlined the Rubix show and headlines their Wickham Park shows.

The three largest wrestling ring and equipment providers in central and north Florida are convicted pedophiles: Chasyn Rance, Russell Steven Rowe, and Walter William Smith of Turnbuckle Enterprises. They launder their rings through other business names, but at least one of them is usually at the shows and approaching women and children.
After the deaths, injuries, and multi-billion dollar lawsuits from the Houston Astroworld event, perhaps Florida event planners and venues could avoid knowingly welcoming violent felons who could endanger human lives and financial assets.
Orta trains at Team Vision Dojo and hosts some ALW shows there. He books sex offenders such as his friend Chasyn Rance at ALW shows. Orta bans parents from the large Florida Facebook wrestling group if they voice their concerns or warn potential students. He does nothing, when wrestlers on the page such as his Christian friend, Bob Cook, repeatedly call the underage rape victims "whores" and intentionally misrepresent the circumstances of the rapes.
Orta has also apparently been caught on several occasions lying about his associations with convicted sex offenders. He and ALW
wrestlers attempt to shut down social media accounts that warn the wrestling community.

All of these sexual batterers also have non-sexual felonies including animal abuse, assault with a firearm, grand theft, vehicular hit-and-runs causing death or severe injury, drug and wildlife trafficking, and burglary. Sometimes, their names and faces are left off the ads for wrestling shows, but then they perform without advance warning to the audience. These unannounced additions have made some paying customers angry and caused embarrassment for the unsuspecting venues and sponsors. Orta worked on Rance's ring crew and “security team” at the CEO event. As expected, those involved feigned ignorance.
A Team Vision wrestler who admitted to strangling his pregnant stepmother to death after luring her to a cemetery, Ian Anselmo ("Night Chill"), is attempting to plead insanity to the Lake County court. He's appeared at the children's expo at Orange County Convention Center.
Team Vision wrestler Brian McGhee ("DT Porter") stabbed his girlfriend to death in front of witnesses in a Florida parking lot. McGhee is appealing his sentencing.
Snake Pit USA gym owner Joel Michael Bane, a partner of Team Vision Dojo, was arrested at the New Orleans airport after threatening
Southwest Airlines crew during a flight. He threatened to place another passenger “in a body bag,” then struck two police officers in the face when they boarded the plane to detain him.

Edward Annis’ Orlando housemate and business partner Kenneth Russell Lester III ("Gorilla Blanco") has convictions and open
charges in Arizona and multiple Florida counties for domestic
violence, disobeying court protection injunctions, firearms, and narcotics. Lester is also an ALW wrestler. He allegedly conducts a fraudulent pyramid business from his Orlando home. He has allegedly bullied volunteers in a missing person's case into silence, and later provided misleading information.
Allegedly, he is fraudulently suing the City of Orlando taxpayers and Liberty Mutual Insurance for a knee injury from accidents he staged. The injury was preexisting from wrestling and his violent lifestyle.
Both ALW and CCW are also closely tied to Major League Wrestling. MLW executives, including Charles Ashenoff ("Konnan") and Jared David St. Laurent ("MSL"), are business associates and friends with Rance. MLW and ALW shows feature several of Rance's rape-porn actresses and suspected sex workers such as Alicia Atout, Vannarah Riggs (“Su Yung”), Full Sail University's April Hunter and Natalia Guzmán Class ("Salina de la Renta"), Alexia Maria Orihuela ("Lexi Gomez"), Keith Lee's wife Stephanie Bell ("Mia Yim"), and SeaWorld's Meagan Venable ("Kaci Lennox").

Wrestling journalist and MLW guest commentator Dave Meltzer is also a close friend and business associate of Rance, as is wrestling podcaster Sean Ross Sapp. St. Laurent allegedly attempts to silence anyone who speaks up about his convicted rapist friends, and intentionally misrepresents the circumstances of their crimes. He is not honest about the ages and behaviors of the victims. St. Laurent lived with Rance when he committed his sex crimes that led to his conviction, knew that victim, was aware of the crimes when they occurred, and is aware of additional unreported victims.
Rance's ex-fiancé, adult video actress Santana Garrett, performs in MLW and ALW matches. She teaches at Team Vision Dojo and remains friends with Rance.
Rance's white ring truck is still damaged from the hit-and-run accident he caused near the Gilt club after a 2017 MLW match. Rance hit someone's car, and then county property. He drove away and didn't report it, like he tried to do elsewhere in 2019. The Orange County casework for the 2019 crash is filed under his alternate first name “S Chasyn” (S Chasyn John Rance).
Chasyn Rance and his school appear in multiple episodes in his friend Damian Abraham's documentary series on the Vice network, The Wrestlers. The scenes in the eighth episode from Florida's Gilt nightclub were recorded at a match produced by MLW. The ring, crew, and some in-ring talent were rented from Chasyn Rance and Team Vision Dojo. You can see Rance in a white V-neck shirt starting at 0:36 in that episode. The episode in which ALW adult video performers Mia Yim (“Stephanie Bell”) and Leva Bates discuss women’s empowerment in wrestling is ironically recorded at their adult video studio Team Vision Dojo.

Orta, Rance, and their accomplices also make violent "custom" chloroform-fetish videos at a Hernando home belonging to his friend, Citrus County Arts League Vice President MaryBeth Bentley van Sickle ("Lexie Fyfe") and Scott van Sickle. They are producing illegal "custom" videos in their suburban studio and nearby land used by local children. Their 11-year-old daughter Emily has allegedly been on the set. Their anti-military custom videos are bought by private customers in the Middle East. Because some porn-buyers don't like Chasyn Rance, he and his accomplices often use cover names for their many video businesses that imply they're not in Florida ("Canada Customs"). They also make choke-porn in Pinellas Park with Matthew Joseph Korklan ("Matt Sydal"), owner of Sy Dojo and Zombie Studios at 6685 55th Street North.

There is a petition asking Florida venue owners, schools and sponsors to voluntarily disclose when they knowingly host all-ages Florida wrestling shows where convicted child rapists will be working. To date, it appears that no Florida wrestling school or promotion owner is willing to sign it.
Chasyn Rance was convicted of three new felonies in 2025. He was also convicted of felony DUI in 2020 under his alternate name, S Chasyn Rance.
Until October 2026, Chasyn Rance is on probation. He is not allowed to leave Orange County for shows at which children are present. To our knowledge, nobody has reported this to his probation officer Patti Cusio yet.
If residents see Rance working at an event around children outside of Orange County, they can call local law enforcement. They can call 911 or the non-emergency number.
They can also report violations to Rance’s probation officer, Patti Cusio. Her number is 407-443-5153. Callers shouldn’t expect much from Ms. Cusio, considering she's an employee of State Attorney Monique Worrell's Ninth Circuit/Orange County.
