In this stressful state of emergency that has caused many people to be out of work indefinitely the city of Malden should find a way to ease the burden of having to purchase blue trash bags for its citizens.  All families being home with their children causes more trash being made.  Adults being unemployed,  the blue trash bags are an added expense that we shouldn't have to spend unemployment benefits on.
