Change the flag of the City of St. Augustine

The Issue

St. Augustine, Florida, is the oldest European settlement in the United States, even having celebrated its 450th year in 2015. The city has seen many flags hoisted above it during those 450 years, and most of them still fly over the city. No matter where you go in this ancient city you'll find the Cross of Burgundy, Union Jack, Stars and Bars, or even the Spanish Kingdom.

These are all proudly flown from the flagpoles across the city, as well as the state and national flags. There is one flag though that is flown very seldom across this city, and that one is the flag of the city. The flag of St. Augustine is what we call an S.O.B, or Seal on a Bed sheet. The flag is a yellow background with the city seal on top of it. In the nation's oldest city, the city of 5 flags, this is how they represent themselves?

Therefore I propose a change, a change to a mixture of 3 flags which have flown over the city and represent all of the city's history minus the US, as that flag still flies over us. It represents the CS Naval Jack, The Cross of Burgundy, and The Union Jack. If the city would prefer it, there is a version with the city's crest

However, this is merely my solution to the issue, and just about any other flag would be better than the current one. This is more so to get the city to change the flag, and my idea of one attached.

Thank you all for your support!
