Please sign in support to change the road name “Robert E Lee Blvd.” located in Wilmington NC (which wraps around pine valley estates) to an appropriate title. This known figure is a symbol of racism, segregation, inequality, and hatred. He does not honor our country, yet his display creates separation of the people and fear. I believe the street name is offensive and promotes violence to people of color. 

Please join me in signing this petition which will be shown along with a detailed letter to mayor Bill Saffo of Wilmington, NC. This letter also includes suggestions to a new road name such as Harriet Tubman Drive and Nat turner Lane.
