The Issue
We don't want to pay management fee until management resolve our problem !!
main problem we wanted to voice out
1. hanging cloths at balcony is widely acceptable in most of the condo,management request us to dry our cloths at yard which don't have any sunlight is unacceptable.
2. hanging rod of lighting on the corridor is dangerous and shall remove and replace with build in lighning to prevent potential injury

3. water deposit payment for 1k is totally unacceptable upfront, management shall reduce to 300 to and collected payment shall refund to the owners accordingly.

4. management shall remove the unrefundable processing fee and house moving in fee
5. Deposit for common facilities is reasonable n can be withheld if returned in bad /dirty condition BUT no rental fee should b payable as this should be inclusive in the monthly maintenance fee
6. Provide the 3 tier security as promised/stated in SPA
7. Some parking spaces are very close to the entrance ramp into d basement. It would help if there was a mirror on d wall showing cars turning d corner into the basement when drivers are exiting to prevent potential accident.
8. Create a place /spot for washing cars(with water tap beside)
9. Convert glass door for Tower C lobby access.
10. Let us designed safer yard's grill instead of follow their dangerous yard grill designed
11. Add shield to prevent pools of water after rains.
