Matthew and Alyssa Wroblewski are two American parents from Riverside California who left their baby on a boat during a 4th of July weekend vacation trip, somewhere along the line the 4 month old infant had a significant amount of heatstroke, sunburn, and was bleeding from her ears, from screaming so much.  The mother called authorities and said her child was "suddenly unresponsive" authorities showed up and did not do a breathalyzer test to see if the two had been drinking more than one or two beers. But one thing is for certain, that child is dead. And the parents need to suffer the consequences. She should've stayed home that day. In the air conditioning, with a sitter.
