Students have been accustomed to Google Classroom months ago due to the unfortunate pandemic that has taken the nation’s education systems by storm! With all of the chaos, we expect to receive our education as organized and as least stressful as possible. Considering that Google Classroom is a great resource that is easily accessible on almost all devices, it should be frowned upon to introduce and brand new source to the hundreds of students who attend this school. Which is why I’ve decided to start this petition in agreement with many other students. We are here to say that we thank you for your persistence with the virtual education over the past couple of months. We know how hard it is and how hard you’re working to ensure that we get the education we need to be successful. We believe it would make both of our jobs a lot easier if we used a more familiar platform to do so. Schoology.com is simply a website that we are straining ourselves to use. Students are missing assignments, struggling to find links, and stressing themselves out trying to keep up with such a complex source. I’m sure we can all agree that the times we are currently living in are already complex enough due to what Covid-19 is putting the world through. The hundreds of students who attend this school and I can also agree, that Google Classroom, overall, will make receiving our education a lot easier.
