Mall of Asia which has come up next to L & T Raintree Boulevard has increased the Traffic multifold at Byatarayanapura Signal junction, there is a drastic increase in Air and Sound pollution causing huge inconvenience to local residents. 

Traffic has gone up so much that it is becoming impossible for the neighboring residents to move out even during medical emergencies. 

L & T and Phoenix has collaborated to come up with the Mall of Asia next  to a prime residential complex L & T Raintree Boulevard is not a well planned move. 

There are two entrances/exits for the Malls one is on the Service road where there is continuous traffic jams all through the day. Other exit is towards the underpass which leads to Sahakaranagar. The residents who live in the lane behind L & T Raintree Boulevard are also highly inconvenienced by the Traffic Jams. 

There are huge blowers on top of the Mall which makes sound 24 x 7 and it is unbearable for the near by  residents.  There are children, elderly who can't sleep peacefully during afternoons or nights. 

While Mall of Asia is a commercial complex meant to generate revenue, they have not kept the safety, security and well being of the Mall goers and residents in mind. 

How did authorities give them approvals with out having a foresight of the problems which come along with the Mall in a service road with out an exit into the main road ( Bellary road) ?  What are their plans to reduce the traffic in the future?

The public and private transportation system leading to Yelahanka via service road is heaving impacted by the Jam. Also the neighboring areas like Judicial Layout, Railway parallel road, Sahakaranagar, Kodiegahalli  are all  impacted by the jams caused here. 

There is a huge risk to people who walk to reach the Mall or to the nearby residential areas like L&T Raintree Boulevard. There are petty shops on the service road and two wheelers parked on the service road which restricts the place for walkers.  

If someone has a heart attack  who live in L & T Raintree boulevard or in Sahakaranagar and can't reach the hospital in time due to Traffic jam, who would be held responsible?

This needs to stop immediately.  This needs to be taken seriously by authorities.

Authorities should come up with a better plan in easing the traffic and reduce the noise and air pollution around the Mall.
