Please attend the meeting so that our Town Council Members do not assume you are in support of this Lackawanna Development Plan. 

We are having a huge development pushed on our town that will not likely improve the quality of life for people living in the 4th ward- or for any in Montclair, other than those who are set to profit financially. 

The neighborhood will lose sunlight, and have to deal with a lot more traffic, and resulting pollution. 

The green spaces pictured in the renderings are not all public, nor are they all permeable, which means they will not support plants or water drainage. None of this is good for air quality.

Many question the viability of a supermarket in the planned location, that has no ground level parking. 

There are a lot of questions about the  affordable housing promised too.
