In prohibiting the ownership of the AR-15 and AK-47 Maura Healey has done nothing but violate the due process of law and violate the Second Amendment of those who obey the law and have gone through more background checks to be able to exercise those rights. The last piece of the enforcement notice that she put out said that anybody prior to this past Wednesday does not have to worry about owning that sort of rifle, however upon examining it she has the authority and right to change it however she sees fit and classify those who own those rifles as criminals whenever she sees fit. Right now it appears to me bad criminals have more rights then those law-abiding citizens that law enforcement knows will not break the law. It's about time that people who exercise their second amendment rights in Massachusetts be heard and have it known we are not the problem. Therefore this petition is to demand the immediate termination of Maura Healey.
