Guaridanship Fraud is an estimated Trillion dollar annual income affecting Seniors being exploited by legal, insurance, family or professional Guardian schemes exposed in current Netflix Documentary on Guardianship abuse.  (Lives of Charlie Thrash in Texas, and John Savonovich in Massachusetts unresolved abuse).

May we call on your governments to escalate all Guardianship fraud as the crime it is and take it from a Civil Offense to a Criminal Offense?  

Introduce the new legislation that affects statistics for 2035 that will mean 35% of US population are Seniors at risk of such Predatorial lawyers, banks, insurance companies, real estate  through Guardianship abuse.  Such fraud needs to be given to law enforcement with new stricter laws written that protect their rights, their life savings and right to choose.  

The systems of abuse exposed in this Netflix series are an alarm call to our Governors, Senators and Representatives to take action now. Tomorrow is too late for our dear Seniors & Elders being abused.
