As of the last couple of years, Killstar has become a very dishonest and money grabbing company. The prices have skyrocketed and the quality of their products has plummeted. They are also scamming customers by making it look there is a sale when in reality they are still selling products at the original price but pretending they were originally more. Wrong sizes are frequently sent out to customers and customer service insists that you pay shipping for their mistake. Killstar has been stealing small artists designs and small jewellery business’ designs which is vile and very hard on those small creators. As customers who have been loyal to the company for so many years, being blindsided like this is not a pleasant feeling and we will not take it anymore. The sizes are totally inconsistent and always hit or miss (again not good enough when you’re paying so much money.) The plus size section has unbelievable inconsistencies compared to the rest of the products and not enough of a selection. We used to absolutely love supporting the company and their mission to provide great alternative clothing to us but obviously our loyalty didn’t mean much. This petition is officially a mass complaint to Killstar, we will not take it anymore and we are appalled at your treatment to the people who made you the big company that you are today!
