Oh no time to put on your big boy pants and man up.  Accepting responsibility is not in the cards I am afraid.   Unless he is forced to be held accountable he won’t be.  He needs to resign him and his crypt keeper sidekick.  They did not care until they had to and even then it is questionable whether they care more about themselves or the veterans they serve.  Put an end to this and resign already.
