Remove this inept management duo that can not manage even when all eyes are on them.  He is a failure and if 88 dead veterans don’t prove it then a slew of managers on paid administrative leave should prove his incompetence and total lack of control over a sinking ship.  Who is going to blame this one on. I mean the superintendent is already on paid administrative leave.  We are saying this is an agency in which the veterans of the Commonwealth have no confidence.
