Roy is a veteran who was originally included in Super Smash Brothers Melee who gained a cult following for his fire attacks.  He unfortunately was cut from Super Smash Brothers Brawl due to time constraints, after this cut his following has grown even stronger for him to be included in the new game but he is unfortunately not included.  As a result everyone who signs this petition is asking for Roy to be included as DLC and are willing to pay for him.
