We, the undersigned, hereby affirm that we are signing this petition to support road proposals limiting tractor trailers exiting 95 north bound at exit 89, traveling along MD-155 and MD-161, and through Darlington to use the Conowingo Dam to cross the Susquehanna River.

The Deer Creek Bridge on MD-161 has been the location of several tractor trailer accidents, causing costly damage to the bridge. Additionally, residents along MD-161 have suffered emotional distress and property damage, and fear revenue loss for their home businesses. While there are other traffic concerns in the area, we support the law enforcement members who believe limiting tractor trailers to local delivery only will increase safety along this stretch of road.
