This is important on so many levels! Joanie Raymond is a criminal defense attorney who is hiding behind the name of a family law attorney. Joanie Raymond is a fake and is harming innocent parents and minor children. Joanie Raymond has no interest in fighting for justice in your family law case.

There are hundreds of thousands of parents in this world who are suffering the loss of their children from the family courts, child protective services and family law attorneys, who are illegally kidnapping children from good parents. We are making a stand against all government officials who illegally kidnap our children through family courts and social services.  I have been sucked into the corrupt family "justice" system and need your help as well. 

Joanie Raymond has been involved in my case for over three years. She has filed petitions of contempt and a motion to reverse custody to my abusive military ex-husband. Joanie Raymond's fight is not only to take my son away and ruin my life, but to further her political career. Joanie Raymond will NOT imprison your abusive spouse or partner, she will allow innocent children to continue to be abused by sexual perverts and alcoholics and wife and children beaters, she will take from the children's child support illegally and put it right back in her pocket and into the abusive parents pocket. She has gone out of her way to commit Constitutional and Civil law violations, which every citizen is entitled to, just to gain in the courtroom. Joanie Raymond will seek that your freedom and liberties are taken away from you at all cost. This person has no soul and no compassion for our innocent children. Joanie Raymond is another case of an official acting as God with people's lives. 

In three years, Joanie Raymond has been able to cause severe and irreparable damage to what was once, a joint legal custody case.  Joanie Raymond is now a speical master. If you do not know what a special master is, please look it up! These special masters have so much power, like a judge, and actually can do more harm than a judge or a social service agent. A special master can make house calls! Yes, house calls. That means an attorney, in this case, a criminal attorney, acting as special master can see your child and interact with them. How sick is that? Talk about abusing children's rights. 

 Joanie Raymond was the former clerk to Judge G. Edward Dwyer, Jr, the chief judge in Frederick County Maryland. I have seen the court staff's indiscreet illegal behavior and misconduct casually displayed in court.  Many attorney's in and around Frederick, Maryland are aware that every case that Joanie Raymond has in Frederick County will go her way. I have lost 7 attorney's because they refuse to take a case that is not fair and that the law will not be upheld, and that they know they do not have a chance at winning. So if you find yourself in a case with Joanie Raymond as opposing counsel, beware for years of litigation, possible attorneys backing out on wanting to represent you, as well as the high probability of being jailed under false allegations of abuse and interference and non-complaint of an order-she filed. Joanie Raymond is known for aggressively fighting, though it is unclear if it's the law she's fighting or just her natural behavior as a person, but people also know that she looks out for her own best interest over everything else. Many people have known the name, Judge G. Edward Dwyer, as he handles a wide range of cases. Many have complained about this judge and that he has issued the illegal transferring of children from good parents. It makes since that Joanie Raymond feels comfortable in Frederick, in which both her as an attorney and the Chief Judge G. Edward Dwyer can operate an illegal service of injustice and kidnapping and enslaving parents with contempt, money judgments and forcing transferring of custody.  

 We need to come together to take out the little attorney's who are hiding and forcing the corrupt litigation to go through the court system.  We need to get Joanie Raymond disbarred and thrown into jail like all the other corrupt attorneys who have attempted to perform or performed criminal actions in the family court system. If you have a complaint, I ask that you post it under the comments and again, send a letter to the Maryland Attorney Grievance Commission asking for her disbarment and request jail time!

 Joanie Raymond is not an attorney out for justice. She is only confident in knowing it will go her way because she plays the game of corruption. Joanie Raymond constantly will commit perjury and lie about the opposing party to get her way. She will bash you like the bully she is. Joanie Raymond has a weakness though: She does not like other aggressive attorneys challenging her corrupt style in the court room. But having a good attorney on your side is not enough. Joanie Raymond operates with Judge Dwyer, so beware of what county you file a family case in. Your attorney can bash her with facts, the law, this rule, that rule, and the judges still will side with Joanie Raymond.  Joanie Raymond is bad news for both men and women seeking her legal advice. Though I am the mother, other parents have had similar results in their case. I ask that others come forth again for the protection of our children and for the children who will one day be forced to interact with these people in this petition.

Please help Joanie Raymond to be removed from practicing law further. Other's lives do not have to be painful as mine is now and you do not have face challenges if we can all step out and do your part to speak up and expose all bad attorneys.  Thank you for reading and taking the time to sign.
